Who we are

Socialystic is a digital marketing agency based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions any time: hello@socialystic.ca.

Information you give us

Booking a strategy call: when you book through the scheduler on this site (powered by Calendly), we receive the details you enter — your name, email address, and your answers to the booking questions, such as your company and website.

Requesting a case study: when you request a case study, we collect your email address, which case study you asked for, and the page you were on. This is sent to our team by email so we can respond to you directly.

Contacting us: if you email us, we keep the correspondence.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our service providers may collect technical data when you visit: pages viewed, referring source, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

We use analytics and advertising tools — including tools from Google and Meta — that set cookies or similar technologies to measure how our campaigns and this site perform, and to show relevant ads to people who have visited this site. Campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) on the link you arrived from may be attached to your booking so we know which campaign it came from.

How we use it

To respond to you, send material you requested, and prepare for a call you booked; to run, measure, and improve this site and our advertising; and to meet legal requirements. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that operate parts of this site on our behalf: Calendly (scheduling), Zapier (routing form submissions to our inbox), Vercel (hosting), and analytics and advertising platforms such as Google and Meta. Each processes data under its own privacy terms and our instructions. Some providers process data outside Canada, including in the United States.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Ad platforms offer their own controls: Google at adssettings.google.com and Meta in your ad preferences. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to book a call.

Retention and your rights

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Under Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@socialystic.ca and we will respond promptly.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new date. This site is not directed to children.
