Luxury is bought, not sold. Advertising was built to sell.

Our funnel sequence restores the old order: wanting first, the ask last, and the buyer approaching you.

So you've had two choices.

Advertise the way the platforms teach, or protect the brand and stay unseen. Most choose the first. It goes like this.

01

It starts carefully. Full price, your best work.

02

The platform wants more: louder, broader, more often.

03

The brand appears where you'd never place it.

04

The ads stop looking like you.

Then it gets worse

Platforms grade every ad on what it sells within days of a click. Most luxury decisions take months. So the system reads a growing brand as a failing one, and prescribes the cure it always prescribes: sell harder. The dashboard isn't lying. It's measuring a different business model.

Advertise like everyone else

You spend the brand.

Chasing, urgency, markdowns: the brand behaves in ways you would never allow on your own floor, in front of everyone. The sales arrive. Each one costs a little of what made the brand worth wanting.

Protect the brand

You starve it.

The brand stays exactly what you built. It also stays invisible to every buyer who hasn't already found you. You're not wrong to refuse. You're stuck, and nothing compounds.

The third choice.

The funnel sequence makes advertising behave the way your brand does: create the wanting first, let them come to you, and only speak of buying with people who've already decided.

Cultivate

Buyer state · Aspiration

The ad carries the work, the material, the room it belongs in: what the brand is, not what it sells. Nothing is asked for. The job is to be wanted before it is shopped.

Funded above what the numbers justify. Deliberately.

Curate

Buyer state · Immersion

Nobody here is comparing brands. At this price there is often nothing else like it. So they study one thing deeply: colourways, models, configurations, materials. The job is to give them enough to get lost in.

They are not sold to. They are introduced, and then invited.

Convert

Buyer state · Resolution

Ads built from what someone looked at: the pieces they loved or nearly bought. The smallest audience and the smallest budget in the account, because by now most of the work is done.

The job isn't persuasion. It's resolving a decision already made.

The brand never has to apologise for how it was sold.

Why this is hard to copy

In a store, restraint is a policy. Here it has to be engineered: three stages, in order, budgets locked so the platform can't reverse them. Most agencies harvest demand that already exists. We build it first, then harvest. The guardrails are the method, and they're the first thing the platform tells you to remove.

You leave knowing where you stand.

The call is the entire commitment: thirty minutes, prepared on our side before we meet, with nothing required on yours.

Frequently asked questions.

Is this a sales call?+

No. You leave with a candid assessment of your brand either way. If there's a fit and you ask, we'll tell you what working together looks like. You have to bring it up.

Why would you do all this for nothing?+

Because the conversation tells both of us quickly whether there's a fit, and a candid assessment argues better than anything we could say about ourselves. Some brands take what they hear and act on it themselves. That's a fine outcome.

How can you tell me anything without access to my accounts?+

Every ad you and your category are running sits in Meta's ad library, and how you present the product is on your own site. Look if you like: the ads are public, what they add up to isn't. The three numbers we need from you are order value, decision length and monthly spend.

Why not build our sequence on the call?+

Because it would be a guess. The sequence is built on numbers only your business has: decision length, margins, how your buyers actually arrive. Anyone who hands you a tailored sequence after thirty minutes is handing you a template. If we work together, building yours is the first thing we do.

Are we too small for this?+

Size isn't the filter. Order value and decision length are. Below about $1,000 an order there isn't enough margin to fund the first stage before it pays. And if your buyers decide inside a week, the platform can already see your business and you don't need us.

You're asking us to fund the first stage above what the numbers justify?+

Yes, deliberately. Attribution is how a platform decides which ad gets credit, and it can only credit what closes inside seven days. So the stage that creates demand always looks like the worst line in the account. We judge total revenue against total cost instead, over a period as long as your buyers take to decide. If that is nine months, a quarter is the wrong window too. If those numbers don't move, the sequence is wrong and we'll tell you.

How long before we see anything?+

Sales from people already looking move first, usually within a month. Building demand that isn't there yet takes at least a quarter. Anyone promising you the second inside thirty days is selling you the first.

What do you charge?+

Scoped to your channels and where you're starting from. You'll get a straight answer on the call, before you've committed to anything.

Who is this not for?+

Brands that need this quarter's number more than next year's, and brands willing to discount to get it. This only works if the first stage is funded before it pays. Cut that budget the first soft week and it won't hold.

Who makes the creative?+

Usually your team. We build it up rather than replace it: briefs, creative direction, and what each stage needs. If production needs driving, we drive it. The brand's look stays with the people who own it.

See where you stand, stage by stage.

What you see on the call is read off your live ads, not a template.
